About your role You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance our business processes and customer experiences. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to leverage AI in development lifecycles, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and supporting operational excellence through DevOps practices. Your expertise will help us lead, innovate, inspire, and engage as we strive to be the best fintech on the planet. What you'll do Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities and design scalable solutions. Develop and maintain AI-enabled applications using .NET frameworks and modern development practices. Implement, test, and optimize AI models, integrating them into enterprise applications. Deploy and manage solutions across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Contribute to DevOps pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of AI-powered systems. Apply AI tools and frameworks to accelerate the development lifecycle and improve software quality. Work with CCaaS solutions to enhance customer interaction platforms through AI-driven automation and analytics. Document implementation steps, technical workflows, and provide knowledge transfer to teams. Experience you'll need to have 3 years of professional experience in software engineering or AI implementation. Strong programming background in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Python. Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, Azure AI Services). Proficiency with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Knowledge of DevOps processes (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab, Infrastructure as Code). Experience that would be great to have Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms such as Genesys, Five9, or Amazon Connect. Exposure to microservices architecture and API-driven development. Familiarity with conversational AI, NLP, or speech analytics. Important info about this role We're better together.
