This service supports DoD/Military Sector Clients and ProSidian Team Members work as part of an Engagement Team Cadre to fulfill Blended (FFP/T&M) requirements for Environmental Remediation Services on behalf of the USACE district with area coverage including Florida and the Caribbean. This position aligns with functional/technical service requirements and client engagements in the DoD/Military Sector—Defense and Military: Services and Solutions that Enable Defense and Military Agencies to Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, and Maintain Mission-Readiness. Candidates shall support CORHQ-22-R-0317 Environmental Functional Area Services and work as an Environmental Safety & Health Manager (A003). Participate in functional/technical role-based responsibilities and support related to: The ProSidian Engagement Team shall perform a wide range of Environmental Remediation Services activities, environmental investigations related to remediation, water/wastewater services, industrial hygiene/safety support, and other related environmental conservation, pollution prevention, and remediation activities. The team shall conduct geotechnical investigations including sampling and testing of soil, sediments, groundwater, and surface water; determine aquifer parameters and monitor groundwater elevations; test soils for chemical and geotechnical parameters. The team shall provide comprehensive base sustainment, restoration, and modernization support, including materials, plant, tools, labor, and other incidentals to complete environmental compliance, evaluation, management, and remediation for construction inspections, quality assurance, and SRM initiatives as defined in Task Orders. SRM requires environmental compliance evaluation, remediation, and permitting during preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases. Base Support includes environmental programs and initiatives to enhance operations and readiness, including office automation, customer interface, and technical support for environmental evaluation, compliance, remediation, and management. This may include repository maintenance, procurement action documentation, contract duration monitoring, database maintenance, and data entry into enterprise databases. General administrative and technical support may include project reviews, technical document reviews, scope of work and estimates, and preparing statistical reports. #EnvironmentalRemediation #Consulting #Jugaad #USACE Qualifications TEAM PROSIDIAN PERSONNEL SHALL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING: All work shall be conducted professionally with the highest degree of precision. All quality control limits in each Task Order and work plan shall be adhered to. Personnel must be certified to work at environmental, IRP construction, and HTRW sites with initial and annual HAZWOPER certifications as appropriate. Skills: Knowledge of OSHA Regulations Comfortable around Heavy Equipment Deep knowledge of transport and disposal procedures for safe handling of hazardous materials Familiar with EPA Standards Extensive knowledge in data collection/analyzation Prepare reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities and status, as well as a customer-facing Statement of Work Travel: Travel within CONUS, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean may be required to attend meetings, conferences, and training; travel will be expensed. Risk Level Designation: Moderate Risk – background investigations required; personnel in MODERATE or LOW risk levels must be US Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents. Security: May be required to obtain a secret facility clearance. Employees performing work in support of this contract should have or be in a position to obtain security clearances from the Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office.
