Treasury Analyst

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
Licenses/Certification:
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a complex cash management environment.
Essential Functions:
Update cash monitoring files and reconcile all bank activity on a daily basis
Initiate Electronic Fund Transfers (ACH, Wire, Account Transfers) for payments and collections and
process deposits and credit card payments
Assist in the preparation of borrowing base certificates to be submitted to lenders for funding of
working capital
Assist in updating the accounts receivable aging reports used in borrowing base calculations
Assist in analyzing and preparing HUD and other lender financial covenants and compliance filings
on monthly or quarterly basis
Track and/or allocate banking-related fees on a monthly basis
Update monthly debt service and rent payment files
Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
In-depth knowledge of general accounting practices and techniques, financial statement analysis,
including an ability to analyze cash flow and the impact to the financial statements
Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees
Skilled in the use of computers and the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, analytical, and lateral
thinking skills
Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information
