RN ICU
Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at the time of application.

• Healthcare Provider-level BLS certification required.
• GSR ICU-CCU: AHA ACLS, PALS, and TNCC preferred.
• Previous ICU experience preferred.
• Verification of a high school diploma or equivalent required to meet College of American Pathologists (CAP) standards for moderate complexity testing.
