Nurse Supervisor - Night Shift
At Valle Vista, our Nurse Managers play a vital role providing and directing high quality patient care delivery from our nursing team. You will directly supervise assigned staff within our nursing department in accordance with the hospitals policies and applicable laws. Key responsibilities include staff recruitment and development, workforce planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, staff recognition, investigating complaints, and partnering with senior leadership to resolve problems and explore performance improvement.
