Policy and Forms Analyst – Associate Governmental Program Analyst Salary: $6,031.00 – $7,547.00 per month (minimum salary for new to State candidates). Overview Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager in the Office of Human Resources (OHR), Business Solutions and Policy Unit, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst independently performs a variety of analytical support activities for DGS’ mission‑critical human resource management. The role includes assignments and projects related to OHR policies, forms, online content, and training. Tools used include Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Oracle applications, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, web reporting, project management tools, and communication platforms. This position promotes and is accountable for customer satisfaction and quality service, and initiates or recommends changes that foster innovative solutions in alignment with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency policies. Experience making recommendations for new or revised projects based on data analysis. Experience with workforce planning analysis methods and strategies.
