The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.
Responsibilities - Work with senior members of the team and users to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Pega 8 platform.
- Implement Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
- Assist the Lead Pega Developer with development work streams, from design through testing and deployment.
- Responsible for coding and unit testing using Pega OOTB features based on the design provided by the Lead Pega Developer.
- Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
- Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
- Write custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention.
- Write tests for existing and created code to ensure compatibility and stability.
- Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience delivering solutions with Pega platform.
- Possess one of the following certifications: CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect).
- Pega 24 experience.
- Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience.
- Specialization in a functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise.
- Must be able to work independently, with little to no oversight.
- Must have and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
