Desired Qualities and Qualifications Active membership in a Protestant church and a passion for Christian education. A master’s degree and certification in educational leadership (or equivalent). Significant administrative and supervisory experience within an educational setting. A record of leading and coordinating professional development that equips and inspires faculty. Strong communication skills, with emphasis on the ability to manage tensions and navigate conflict while building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and students across divisions. A collaborative leadership style marked by integrity, humility, and the ability to motivate and guide others. Visionary leadership with the capacity to advance academic excellence, enrich student life, and strengthen school culture. Commitment to fostering spiritual growth, character development, and a culture of respect and inclusivity.
