About the Role

Ken’s Gutters LLC — Florida’s fastest-growing gutter cleaning company — is hiring a Junior Dispatcher to help keep our field teams organized, on time, and crushing their schedules.

This is a perfect fit for college students, recent grads, or early-career professionals who want to break into operations, logistics, or customer experience . You’ll be the behind-the-scenes pro making sure our jobs run smoothly every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Schedule daily jobs and route field technicians efficiently.
• Text and call customers to confirm appointments and share updates.
• Track job progress and assist senior dispatchers with problem-solving.
• Use our CRM and GPS tools to manage schedules and update job statuses.
• Communicate with customer service and field crews to keep everything on track.
• Learn the ropes of operations and grow into larger roles as you gain experience.

We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator — you’re confident on text, phone, and email.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software fast.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative, “let’s figure it out” mindset.
• No dispatching experience needed — we’ll train you!
