Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
On-Call: None (No on-call rotation required)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at an apartment community in Fishers, IN. This position plays a key role in ensuring residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HVAC experience along with general apartment maintenance skills.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems within the community
Complete apartment turns and make-readies in a timely manner
Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks
Address resident service requests and work orders efficiently
Assist with general maintenance needs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including community grounds
Requirements:
At least 1 year of apartment maintenance or related HVAC experience
HVAC certification strongly preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to and from the property
Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
