Job Overview As a Sales Advisor at H&M you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, actively sell our products, support garment care, and maintain a tidy sales floor. Daily Responsibilities Provide welcoming customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience. Promote our products, Customer Loyalty App, and sustainability initiatives. Support sales targets with store management team. Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, brands, and competitors. Retain and share knowledge with colleagues, give feedback, and participate in onboarding and training. Operate fitting rooms, checkout areas, and maintain clean and tidy sales floor. Support garment presentation, visual merchandising, and replenishment routines. Support opening and closing of the store and follow H&S and legal requirements. Qualifications Passionate about fashion and creating a great in-store experience. Motivated, communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, action-oriented. Enjoy working in a collaborative dynamic environment. Sales experience in a dynamic retail environment; customer service experience in fashion, retail or service industries.
