Job Description:

• The client is seeking an experienced ETL Developer to support the end-client on the Linear Integrated Ordered Network Redesign project.
• This role focuses on building, optimizing, and maintaining ETL pipelines, APIs, and data integrations across multiple database platforms, including geospatial datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SSIS.
• Extract, transform, and load large geospatial and non-geospatial datasets.
• Build secure, scalable APIs for data integration (Python/C#, Flask/FastAPI).
• Perform data modeling, create database objects, and optimize SQL queries.
• Support SSRS reporting, data warehouse components, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with GIS analysts, developers, SMEs, and project stakeholders.
• Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, GIS, or related field (Master's a plus).
• 4+ years as an ETL Developer/Data Engineer.
• Strong experience with T-SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and data warehousing.
• Programming experience with Python and/or C#.
• Experience with API frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django REST).
• Knowledge of geospatial data formats (Shapefiles, GeoJSON) and tools (ArcGIS, QGIS).
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP; Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps.

Nice to Have:

• ETL certifications (SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience with Talend, Nifi, or Informatica.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Important Notes:

• This role is 100% on-site Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM (no remote).
• Max 35 hours/week unless pre-approved.
