Responsibilities: Be punctual and report to your post in proper attire/uniform. Maintain a professional image and perform duties in a polite and friendly manner. Remain vigilant for suspicious activity and report it promptly. Complete incident reports and all relevant documentation related to the job. Skills/Abilities: Seeking current or retired local, state, federal, or military law enforcement personnel for armed security positions. Physical Requirements: Ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly for effective communication. Capability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand, and walk as required to perform duties as a security officer. Qualifications: Must be law enforcement or former law enforcement/military. Current law enforcement officers or retired officers with an active Illinois PERC card and firearms training certification. At least 2 years of security experience. Effective written and verbal communication skills. US citizen or Green Card holder. Ability to pass a background check. Willingness to participate in a personal interview at our training facility or other locations if needed. We are staffed by active and retired city, state, and federal law enforcement officers.
